Jollibee Acquires Mang Inasal for P3-B

Jollibee Foods Corporation has acquired 70% of chicken barbecue chain Mang Inasal Philippines Inc. An initial payment amounting to P1.55 billion has been paid by JFC and an additional P1.15 billion will be paid on November 22. The remaining P300 million will be paid over the next 3 years as assurance for indemnification.

Talent Manger Wyngard Tracy passed away early this morning at the Makati Medical Center due to a heart attack. Last October, he suffered his third stroke and had an operation to remove the blood clot in his brain.

According to ABS-CBNnews.com, a text message from co-talent manager June Rufino said that a mass for Tracy will be held at La Salle Greenhills Chapel at 5pm today.

The Professional Regulation Commission or (PRC) released on its website the official result of the Librarian Licensure Examination. Only 191 Out of the 699 who took the Librarian Board Examination given by the Board of Librarians this November 2010.
