RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage the overall operations of the branch to ensure meeting of sales targets;
* Ensure that customer needs are addressed according to company policies and that branch policies and system are strictly implemented
* Account Receivable Management
* Dealer Recruitment and Selection
* Dealer's Training and Development ]
* Cash and Asset Management
* Inventory Managenet
* Customer Service
* Talent Management and Development
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Graduate of any 4-year course
2. At least 2.5 year(s) experience in sales (fast moving consumer goods, insurance, retail,etc.) in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
3. Very solicitous, friendly, considerate, and attentive to clients' needs and have a high sense of initiative and urgency.
4. Have very good interpersonal and communication skills
5. Thrive in challenges
