1. Download necrobot here. Make sure you have .net framework 4.5.2. Download framework here 
2. Extract and run necrobot.exe
3. Follow setup below.. You can input latitude and longtitude manually.

For High XP  -  If your looking for high xp or strong pokemon. Open config folder then locate auth.json then edit it using notepad. Input  your username and password. 
For High Tier    -  High Tier Sniping open Location Feeder GUI v0.1.4 then open PogoLocationFeeder.GUI.exe let it connect. You can now open necrobot.
