How do I use Globe tipIDD Card?

1. At the back of the card, scratch off "gray panel" to reveal 12-digit card number.
2. Dial 1286 from your Globe Postpaid/Prepaid, TM cellular phone, or Globe Landline.
3. Choose preferred language (English or Tag-lish).
4. Enter the 12-digit card number and listen to voice prompt for remaining card balance.
5. If you wish to make succeeding calls without having to enter your PIN number again, dial *5 to save your PIN number.
6. Dial the telephone number of the person you want to call using the format below:
00 + Country Code + Area Code + Phone Number (ex. 00XXYYZZZZZZZZZZ)

How to Share-a-load


1. Write new message and text the amount.

2. Then send it to "2" plus your friend's 10-digit phone number. P1.00 transaction dedection will apply.

Example: 2917xxxxxxx

3. You and your friend will receive a message confirming the successful share a load.

4. After the first load, you will receive a text message prompting for a 4-digit PIN. Use it to protect your phone against unauthorized loading.

5. Starting with your next load, text in amount and 4-digit PIN.

Example: 5 1234
